All prospective members must coordinate with their realtor and the subdivision's community manager, Elite Housing Management, to obtain the appropriate documents prior to closing on your new property. The community manager may be contacted through our " Contact Us" page or directly to Elite.

Madison County, Alabama - Probate Judge
Judge Frank Barger Provides Guidance for Access to the Probate Court of Madison County
General Access: The Probate Court located in Room 101 on the main floor of the Madison County Courthouse will be open for direct public access from 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday. We will be closed for any recognized holidays. Please note we stop recording documents, accepting passport applications, and processing notary commissions at 4:30pm. Public traffic in/out of the common areas of the office will be limited to no more than six persons at any given time.
Access to Records: There will be no direct public access to the Courthouse Record Room and the Madison County Records Center (located at the Huntsville-Madison County Public Library). Our staff will continue to promptly respond to all requests for records via the process as follows:
Requests for Probate Court records or records held at the Madison County Records Center which are not available online should be emailed to probate@madisoncountyal.gov or a request made via telephone to 256-532-3330. Requested records will be supplied as soon as possible via email or sent by U.S. Mail. Standard fees will apply.

chevron_rightHow do I obtain a copy of the Convenants of the subdivision?
You may contact our HOA Management company who can provide a copy, or if you or working with a Real Estate Agent/Realtor they can assist is obtaining a copy from the county records.

chevron_rightWhen do I need to pay my Homeowners' Association Fee?
Renewal fees are payable in November and December for the following January renewal.
Make all checks payable to The Bridges on the River Homeowner's Association. Mail check(s) to Elite Housing Management. Elite also has an App or Website Login for paying and managing your homeowner account. Contact Elite for details.

The annual amount is $480 per year.

Yes. There is an annual association fee that each member is required to pay to access amenities and keep the community beautiful.

The Bridges on the River community is within the Madison County School District. Residents of this community will attend the following schools: Mt. Carmel Elementary School, Riverton Intermediate School, Buckhorn Middle School, and Buckhorn High School.

Although not required, we encourage all members and prospective members to get involved in their community. Every year we request nominations for those willing to serve on a committee or the Board of Directors. Please let the Community Manager know that you have an interest. Serving on the Board is a great way to get to know other members and help the community remain vibrant by serving community needs.

After you coordinate with the community manager, they will ensure you have all the information necessary as a new member of the association. You will need to create a member profile via this website to gain access to the members-only sections.

The Spring and Fall community wide yard sales are scheduled for the:
4th Saturday in April

4th Saturday in September
